Depending on the capacity of your team, I can develop an in-depth marketing & communications strategy, based on the findings of the consultation.
This will include online and offline activity through earned and owned channels.
Regular touchpoint meetings will be held to track progress and refine where necessary.
Develop & Deliver
I am well placed to deliver on the marketing & communications strategy. Utilising your existing resource or my trusted network of creatives to create a suite of assets which I will then deploy across online channels. As well as managing any offline activity – e.g. PR or events – that will help to deliver results for your business.
KPIs and milestones will be set from the beginning and key review sessions planned.
